As a design/build enterprise we are always learning, revising and growing in knowledge; quality is paramount in what we do. Keeping in touch with you is an integral part of that process. Every January we contact our clients by mail. First, we thank our clients for the opportunity to work with them on their project. Second, with a return postcard, we invite you to ask us back to review work, maintain the completed product and/or discuss new projects. We like to return to your site. We learn from every job. Most of our clients are encouraged by this loyalty and embrace the phase concept — we are happy to develop your project in stages as time and money dictate. Over time this allows us to return to the same site bringing your landscape dream to reality. REMEMBER: Your landscape dreams are our ideas that grow!

Into action — bringing your plan to life.

Once you have agreed to and authorized specified work and rendered deposit monies we can schedule your job, order and accumulate your materials and sequence the steps to complete your project. We focus on one job at a time to minimize distractions, promote continuity and enhance production timelines. Your job is our priority.

Your job package will include maps, plans, material lists, mark-out information, sequence-of-work list and items we might need from you such as access to electric and/or water.

Flagging and layout in the field with the client is typical procedure depending on your availability.

Every project receives daily supervisory job site visits; communication with you is ongoing. We are only a phone call away or on the site for questions and concerns. We want your interaction and opinion.
